Scheduling Policies:

  • All appointments MUST be scheduled online ONLY. No exceptions. I only service clients age 12 and older.

  • A text message reminder will be sent out 24 hours in advance to minimize miscommunication.

  • Each appointment MUST be secured with a valid credit card. At this time a deposit is not required. The credit card can be kept on file if you choose. If you delete the credit card information prior to the appointment then the appointment will be CANCELLED.

  • Please direct any questions about services to my email ONLY.

  • 24 hours notice is REQUIRED for cancellation or rescheduling. If the appointment is cancelled/rescheduled in less than 24 hours the credit card on file will be charged for 50% of the service requested. I understand this does not make anyone happy but such short notice prevents me from filling the cancelled/rescheduled appointment. Failure to pay will result in the client being restricted from making any further appointments.

  • Lateness is often unavoidable so there is a 15 minute grace period allowed for both client and stylist. Certain circumstances will warrant more leniency. I will do my best to assist you. Anyone that is more than 20 minutes late will need to reschedule and pay 50% of the requested service. Failure to pay will result in the client being restricted from making any further appointments.

  • No call no shows clients will no longer be able to receive future services from Lena Locs. With the use of technology we all can do our part to stay organized and to communicate.
